From 1999 thru 2002 she was the only one in the Caldwell Office of Coldwell Banker to achieve the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club - Gold Award. To attain the Gold Level, a salesperson must sell $15 Million or more in real estate. In 2003 she once again attained the Gold Level.
Milinkovich has consistently been named throughout 2010 as the Coldwell Banker Essex County Associate of the month. Even in the rough times of 2011 Kathy is on target and remains at the top for production for the first quarter.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Milinkovich is a past president of the Fairfield HSA and is past President of a condominium association in Little Falls for which she is still active on the board. She and her husband, Tom, work together as a team at Coldwell Banker and reside in Fairfield with their two children, Thomas 24, and Krista 18.
