Meet Kathleen Milinkovich

Kathy Milinkovich, Sales Associate with the Caldwell Office of Coldwell Banker has been a real estate professional for 29 years. Based on gross commissions thru December 31, 2008, she is ranked #28 and on total transactions she is ranked #11in the state. She has been a perennial member of the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club for the last 29 years.

Named one of the top 50 company wide Coldwell Banker sales associates, Kathy has been a dedicated real estate professional for more than twenty five years, fifteen of them with Coldwell Banker. In addition to being selected as "Top Associate" in her office for buyer controlled sales, listings sold and total production during the years 1995 through 2008: Kathy has also been a member of the NJAR Million Dollar Club since she began in 1981. She has consistently attained the Gold and Platinum level which are the highest levels awarded by the New Jersey Association of Realtors.

To underscore her success, Kathy recently qualified for membership in the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Club. This annual award is reserved for the company's top sales associates.

Her production since 1995 has qualified her as the top salesperson in her office and a member of Coldwell Banker's International President's Elite. Her 2008 production once again qualified her as the top agent in the Caldwell Office and a member of Coldwell Banker's International President's Premier, which places her in the top 1% of company nationwide! From 1999 thru 2002 she was the only one in the Caldwell Office of Coldwell Banker to achieve the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club - Gold Award. To attain the Gold Level, a salesperson must sell $15 Million or more in real estate. In 2003 she once again attained the Gold Level.

Milinkovich has consistently been named throughout 2008 as the Coldwell Banker Essex County Associate of the month.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Milinkovich is a past president of the Fairfield HSA and is past President of a condominium association in Little Falls for which she is still active on the board. She and her husband, Tom, work together as a team at Coldwell Banker and reside in Fairfield with their two children, Thomas 22, and Krista 16.
